Job summary

The role requires a engineering or related degree, 3+ years in rolling stock warranty/maintenance, and strong project management and communication skills. The position is based in Atlanta, GA, with a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business, or similar field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in rolling stock warranty/maintenance.
• Understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHA.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily testing activities according to customer specifications
• Collaborate with other departments to monitor performance of vehicles, suggest improvements and changes
• Prioritize and develop a budget, and actively promote continuous improvement to increase cost quality control
• Work closely with contractors and testing technicians to measure performance
• Ensure compliance with equipment safety, occupational, health, and environmental requirements
• Develop new procedures including inventory control, equipment performance, and quality assurance
