Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Warranty Project Manager in Bessemer, AL to oversee post-construction warranty, service, and facilities-related projects across a portfolio of completed projects.

You will act as the primary contact for warranty issues and coordinate with owners, internal teams, maintenance, subcontractors, and external vendors to ensure issues are scoped, managed, and resolved. Regular travel to project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction PM, warranty PM, post-construction services.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction and building systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 30-50%.

Responsibilities

• Warranty Project Management: Manage warranty projects from closeout through expiration and resolve warranty claims.
• Project & Facilities Coordination: Align with Project Mgmt, Construction, Design, Manufacturing to support transitions to operations.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a trusted contact for owners and facility managers; communicate status and actions.
• Project Tracking & Continuous Improvement: Document issues, track milestones, and drive process improvements.
