As a Lead in the warranty inspection department, you are a pivotal role model responsible for training and mentoring other employees, maximizing productivity, and ensuring a positive, safe, and engaging workplace environment. Your day is spent first and foremost supporting team members through training, answering questions, and solving problems. You partner with other leaders to ensure work is being completed safely and with the quality ETE Reman customers expect.
