Responsibilities

• Enforces warranty policy and manages the claim processing system.
• Supervises staff responsible for data entry and claims analysis.
• Provides early warning of product quality issues at monthly quality review meetings.
• Ensures claims database security and proper data usage.
• Interfaces with government and dealers for information exchange.
• Develops and maintains warranty process SOPs and external communications.
• Drives efficiency with new technologies and AI in the warranty process.
• Leads training for Sales staff and tire inspection methods.
• Collaborates with other groups to support customers.
