Job summary

KB Home is seeking an Assistant Customer Service Representative to support scheduling subcontractors, evaluating work, and completing warranty claims within 7 days as part of our field operations. The role includes homeowner orientations and periodic follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

This temporary position offers full benefits and covers work across communities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, bilingual abilities, and experience in customer service for homebuilding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warranty Claim Processing: schedule, evaluate, and resolve warranty claims to ensure customer satisfaction; complete warranty claims within 7 days; hold subcontractors accountable for workmanship and completion of warranty-related repairs; manage CSI for assigned communities; strive for superior CSI rankings; maintain a CSI score of 98% or above.
