Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners in assigned communities and manage warranty requests.
• Schedule and oversee warranty work with trade partners and construction teams.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure repair work meets standards and warranty requirements.
• Maintain records of homeowner interactions, service requests, and progress.
