Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Warranty Financial Team Advocate to ensure accurate processing of warranty claims, credits, and related transactions. This role works with cross-functional teams to reconcile daily credits, manage purchase orders, and support customers and dealers with warranty finance inquiries.

You will also help analyze inventory, develop training materials, and generate reports while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Infor, Salesforce, ServiceBench, SAP).
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain factory daily credits to ensure correct payment to customers and verify and process daily credits in a timely manner.
• Receive and process purchase orders and perform weekly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Process and track third-party credits and compressor core credits, ensuring accurate payment to customers and vendors.
• Review and process consumer buy-in credits, ensuring accurate payment to customers and the factory.
• Analyze unavailable inventory reports, identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, and optimize inventory management processes.
• Provide warranty-related support to the technical support team and customer-facing team and assist with warranty and financial inquiries.
• Develop and deliver training to dealers and internal teams on warranty and financial processes and maintain training materials and documentation.
• Perform weekly reconciliations, generate reports as needed, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
