Job summary

Milgard Windows & Doors in Temecula, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an onsite, Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The role focuses on resolving warranty inquiries, coordinating service solutions, and maintaining clear communication from first contact through resolution. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, dispatching, scheduling, or coordination experience preferred.
• Experience in windows, millwork, or warranty processes is helpful but not required.
