Job summary

Frank Gay Services is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support the warranty department in Orlando. You will schedule warranty appointments, handle documentation, and ensure timely completion of jobs while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires at least 3 years of admin experience, with HVAC/plumbing exposure a plus. We offer weekly pay, PTO after 90 days, and a robust benefits package as part of a growing trade team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience.
• HVAC/plumbing/electrical services background is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and codes relevant to the trades.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and coordinate warranty services with customers and technicians.
• Manage paperwork and documentation related to warranty work, including permits and warranties.
• Order and track supplies and equipment needed for warranty jobs.
• Provide administrative support to the trade team, such as creating work orders, schedules, and invoices.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries about warranty services.
• Ensure warranty jobs are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth warranty project completion.

Pay Range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

What You Will Do

What You Need

• 3 years of administrative experience
• At least 1 year of experience in HVAC, electrical or plumbing services is a plus
• Knowledge of the HVAC, plumbing or electrical codes and safety procedures
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Sales and Customer Service Experience required
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
