Frank Gay Services in Orlando is seeking a diligent Administrative Support professional to handle warranty department tasks, coordinate with customers and technicians, and maintain meticulous records. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of admin experience, knowledge of HVAC/plumbing, and a service‑oriented mindset.

• 3 years of administrative experience
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical services experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Schedule appointments and coordinate warranty services with customers and technicians
• Manage paperwork and documentation related to warranty work, including permits and warranties
• Order and track supplies and equipment needed for warranty jobs
• Provide administrative support to the trade team, such as creating work orders, schedules, and invoices
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries about warranty services
• Ensure warranty jobs are completed on time and within budget
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warranty project completion

This position is responsible for performing all administrative support related to the warranty department. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of administrative support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

What you will Do:

What you Need:

• 3 years of administrative experience
• At least 1 year of experience in HVAC, electrical or plumbing services is a plus
• Knowledge of the HVAC, plumbing or electrical codes and safety procedures
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
• Sales and Customer Service Experience required
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
• Superb customer service skills, honest, dependable, and reliable
