Ideal candidates are organized, accurate, and comfortable with detailed paperwork, with good communication and a service-oriented mindset. Training is provided; starting pay is $20 per hour, with benefits offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Code claims using OEM warranty policies.
• Review repair instructions, diagnostics, and technician notes.
• Verify punch times and labor operations.
• Use overlap tools when needed.
• Submit claims through the OEM system with all required documentation.
