FieldsLand Rover of Lake Bluff is seeking a Warranty Booker to join our dealership team. You will review repair orders, code warranty claims, and submit them to the OEM, ensuring accuracy and thorough documentation.

Ideal candidates are organized, accurate, and comfortable with detailed paperwork, with good communication and a service-oriented mindset. Training is provided; starting pay is $20 per hour, with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Computer literate and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Code claims using OEM warranty policies.
• Review repair instructions, diagnostics, and technician notes.
• Verify punch times and labor operations.

Join our team as a Warranty Booker. You will be responsible for reviewing repair orders, coding warranty claims, and submitting them to the OEM.
