Responsabilités

• Process warranty claims by reviewing eligibility according to warranty terms.
• Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and statuses.
• Communicate with customers to gather information and provide updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to validate coverage and arrange replacements.
• Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide excellent customer service and address concerns throughout the claim process.
• Ensure claims follow company policies for approval, denial, or escalation.
• Implement quality control to prevent fraudulent claims and ensure data accuracy.
• Generate reports on claims processing times and trends for management.
• Participate in ongoing improvements to warranty processes and efficiency.
