Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or technical service.
• Familiar with MS Office applications; ability to operate related equipment.
• Customer oriented; able to effectively deal with all levels of internal and external contacts.
• Effective communications and interpersonal skills.
• Basic planning and problem solving/analytical skills.
• Must sit for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide warranty management services to customers and process claims promptly per guidelines.
• Analyze and interpret labor/part claims for legitimacy and coding accuracy.
• Escalate or redirect issues to appropriate functions as needed.
• Approve and process claims up to the limit set by management.
• Maintain WIP levels to meet KPIs and ensure accurate data entry.
