Job summary

PACCAR's Kenworth Truck Company is seeking a Warranty Specialist to audit internal approved warranty claims for accuracy and manage labor rate and parts markup corrections. You will work with the warranty department, dealers, and management to run audits and identify opportunities for automation.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience and strong data analysis and communication skills. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related experience in accounting, internal/consulting audit, analytics, manufacturing or similar background.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven observations.
• Data analytics experience with Tableau, Excel, SQL, Power BI preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fast-paced, results-oriented environment; able to interact with all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regular internal audits designed to assess process control and performance.
• Conduct data analysis to facilitate audit scoping and testing.
• Develop or revise internal audit programs as needed.
• Lead meetings with management to communicate status and corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly audit reports with clear observations and actions for stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of warranty procedures and update when necessary.
• Identify data trends or inconsistencies through analysis.
• Conduct Labor Rate and Parts Markup analysis to assess warranty impact.
• Assist with mileage corrections on claims per dealer requests.
• Communicate with dealers on a regular basis.
