Kenworth Truck Company, part of PACCAR, seeks a Warranty Specialist to audit and validate internal warranty claims, review dealer labor rate requests, and manage mileage corrections. You will collaborate with the warranty department and dealers to identify automation opportunities and improve audit processes.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, strong analytics, and the ability to work with management across levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in accounting, internal/audit, analytics, or manufacturing is desirable.
• Proven communication and analytical data skills are essential.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan and conduct regular internal audits to assess process control and performance.
• Perform data analysis to define audit scope and testing.
• Develop or revise internal audit programs as needed.
• Lead meetings with management to communicate status and corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly audit reports with concise observations and actions for stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of warranty procedures and propose updates.
• Identify data trends and inconsistencies through analysis.
• Conduct labor rate and parts markup analysis to assess warranty impact.
• Assist with mileage corrections on claims per dealer requests.
• Communicate with dealers regularly.
