• Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.

• Reconciles warranty receivables with payments through the accounting schedule.
• Posts credits on computer and resubmits rejected claims promptly.
• Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.
• Keeps service records and monitors recalls and bulletins.
• Assists with cashier and telephone operator duties as needed.
