Description

The Warranty Administrator is a vital role within our organization, responsible for managing and overseeing warranty claims and processes for products or services. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining compliance with warranty agreements.

Responsibilities
  • Warranty Claims Processing: Receive, review, and process warranty claims submitted by customers or dealers.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including documentation of customer information, product details, and claim status.
  • Verification: Verify the eligibility of warranty claims by reviewing warranty agreements, service records, and product specifications.
  • Communication: Communicate with customers, dealers, and service technicians to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
  • Approval: Determine whether warranty claims are approved or denied based on warranty terms and conditions.
  • Parts and Labor: Coordinate the procurement of necessary replacement parts and labor to address approved warranty claims.
  • Billing: Prepare and submit warranty claims for reimbursement to the manufacturer or warranty provider.
  • Customer Support: Provide support and assistance to customers who have questions or issues related to warranty claims.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that warranty repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on warranty claim trends, approval rates, and customer feedback.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the warranty claims process.

Requirements
