Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; 24 credit hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, or related fields.
• Experience with FARs, DEAMS, IDIQ, FFP, and MIPR is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre‑ and post‑award contracting actions to support DoD test programs and complex contracts.
• Lead market research, solicitations, evaluations, and negotiations to ensure price reasonableness.
• Manage lifecycle of contracts from award through post‑award administration and performance oversight.
• Provide business counsel and ensure compliance with government regulations.
