Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality. You will be involved in production, prep, service, cashier, and barista tasks, delivering warm service and great food to our guests.

You will greet guests with genuine warmth, assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches, and assist across service and dining areas while maintaining a clean, safe environment and upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement (16+).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Clear communication in loud environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Food Handler’s Card as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet each guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
• Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment following food safety standards.
• Support team by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up the next shift.
