Qualifications

• Previous host or guest service experience in a polished dining environment preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a naturally welcoming presence.
• Ability to manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow with professionalism.
• Comfortable answering phones, taking reservations, and assisting with takeout orders.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and manage the reservation system to ensure smooth flow of service.
• Assist with takeout orders and coordinate with teammates for accuracy.
• Communicate clearly with servers, managers, and kitchen staff about guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entry areas.
• Complete opening and closing sidework and assist with tasks assigned by management.
