Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems is seeking a Warmline Peer Specialist for on-site work at Valley Creek Crisis Center. You will provide non-crisis peer support to callers nationwide, document billable services, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure quality care.

Required are a Peer Specialist Certification and a High School Diploma or Equivalency, with experience as a mental health service consumer preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a Peer Specialist Certification.
• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Experience as a consumer of mental health services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-crisis peer support over the phone.
• Record and report billable services accurately.
• Maintain and submit service records promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisor and program stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with agency, state, and payer regulations.
