Job summary

Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems seeks a Warmline Peer Specialist for the Valley Creek Crisis Center – Warmline (On-site). The role provides non-crisis support to callers nationwide and requires a Peer Specialist Certification, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and clearances as mandated by PA Act 33/34 and FBI.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Current or former recipient of mental health services and willing to acknowledge this experience.
• Peer Specialist Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Record and report billable services accurately.
• Maintain timely records of services provided.
• Follow supervisory protocols and schedules.
• Communicate issues to supervisor promptly.
• Assist with Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) development as needed.
