• Bachelor’s degree in human services with 3 years related experience.

• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and pass TSA MVR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake assessment to determine client needs.
• Develop and monitor case management plans to help clients achieve housing.
• Meet weekly with clients to review progress and address concerns.
• Provide information and referrals for housing, employment, budgeting, and wellness.
