SportsCare Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our East Hanover clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling check-in, scheduling, insurance details, and payments with a patient-centered approach.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, experience in healthcare reception, and knowledge of EHR systems. This part-time role offers a supportive team and growth opportunities within a patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin cert a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to multitask and stay organized.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance procedures is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with the clinical team.
• Register patients and verify insurance and forms.
• Check-in/check-out: collect payments and provide receipts.
• Answer calls and respond to emails professionally.
• Maintain organized patient records and ensure privacy compliance.
