Anchor Point Management Group is seeking Brewistas for our Dawsonville, GA location to deliver a welcoming coffee experience. You will take orders, process payments, and craft drinks, while maintaining a clean, efficient station and engaging with customers throughout each shift.

The role requires friendly, energetic individuals who can work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a strong emphasis on safety, hygiene, and teamwork. Training is provided on drink preparation and POS usage.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including mornings and late nights.
• Regular weekend availability and holiday flexibility.
• Create genuine, uplifting interactions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for hours.
• Comfort working with hot water, dairy, and glass bottles.
• Familiarity with safety practices when using a utility knife.

Responsabilités

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them in the POS.
• Collect payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes.
• Move with urgency to serve customers promptly.
• Stay productive and proactive during shifts.
• Build personal connections with customers daily through friendly interactions.
• Know menu and customizations; suggest alternatives when needed.
• Maintain hygiene and dress appropriately for the role.
• Clock in and be ready for shift start.
• Follow shift duties and weekly chores.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment per regulations.
