Job summary

Asbury is seeking a PRN/Per DiemReceptionist for the Springhill facility in Erie. The role involves greeting residents and guests, managing calls, and maintaining a warm, calm front-desk environment. You will coordinate service requests and assist with meal tracking for residents.

The position requires at least 6 months in a busy office reception role, basic data entry into computer systems, and a high school diploma or GED. Competitive benefits offered depending on status.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of reception experience in a busy office environment required.
• Ability to efficiently and accurately enter information into a computer system.
• High school diploma/ GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greets, directs and provides appropriate resources to residents and visitors.
• Manages incoming call queue.
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment.
• Coordinates service/maintenance calls.
• Completes Meal Tracker menus for residents in a timely manner
• Performs other office duties as assigned.
