Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new client inquiries by phone, email, and text.
• Create a warm, welcoming experience from the first interaction.
• Discuss client therapy needs and match with therapists based on needs, schedule, location, and insurance.
• Explain therapist options and help clients choose a provider.
• Schedule initial appointments and guide clients through intake.
• Collect demographic and insurance information.
• Verify insurance benefits via portals or calls to providers.
• Follow up with clients who haven’t scheduled yet.
• Answer questions about Elevate, therapists, services, insurance, and locations.
• Maintain accurate information in scheduling and practice-management systems.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams on therapist availability.
