Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Warfighter Research & Systems Analyst to design and run tactical analyses, develop models, and lead wargaming studies that demonstrate the value of Anduril's autonomous systems.

You will work with MS&A tools to visualize data, craft scenarios, and collaborate with engineering and business development to articulate the value proposition to customers.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
• 5 years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis (ORSA), or a related discipline.
• Experience with tactical experiment and wargaming design, including scenario development, data analytics, and trade-space analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in modeling and simulation for military missions, with a preference for red force tactics, modeling, and simulation.
• Experience with DoD M&S tools (e.g., AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, ESAMS, Command PE).
• Proficiency with C++ or Python for physics-based modeling and scripting.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct joint and combined tactical analysis using operations research, systems analysis, and wargaming.
• Leverage high-end models and simulations, including Lattice Mission Simulation and AF SIM, to conduct studies.
• Perform data analysis and create computer models to solve complex challenges.
• Design, execute, and analyze tactical-level wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities.
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios for wargaming with red/blue force focus.
• Create and drive simulated entities during live play as white/red cell operator.
• Assess and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and business development teams to demonstrate capabilities through data-driven analysis.
