Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret security clearance required.
• 5 years of experience in Operations Research, Systems Analysis (ORSA), or a related discipline.
• Experience with tactical experiment and wargaming design, including scenario development, data analytics, and trade-space analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in modeling and simulation for military missions, with a preference for a background in red force tactics, modeling, and simulation.
• Experience with DoD M&S tools (e.g., AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, ESAMS, Command PE).

Responsibilities

• Conduct joint and combined tactical analysis at engagement and mission levels using ORSA methods.
• Leverage high-end models and simulations to perform studies and evaluate scenarios.
• Perform data analysis and apply scientific inquiry to develop solutions for complex challenges.
• Design, run, and analyze tactical-level wargames to assess autonomous system capabilities.
• Develop physics-based models and operational scenarios for wargaming of red/blue force tactics.
• Create and drive simulated entities during live play to enhance realism of wargame execution.
• Communicate results clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and business development to demonstrate Anduril's capabilities through rigorous analysis.
