Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Dissemination and Implementation Specialist (Warfighter Brain Health) to support the TBICoE at HQ in Silver Spring, MD. The role focuses on coordinating with research, clinical and educational SMEs to implement state-of-the-science TBICoE products across the MHS and develop scalable plans with measurable outcomes.

The position requires expertise in implementation science, strong project management, and ability to work with government oversight

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in implementation science or related field.
• 5+ years of implementation science experience.
• Experience managing national-level dissemination projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic implementation and dissemination plans with metrics and goals.
• Assist with executing implementation plans across the MHS.
• Coordinate with research, clinical and educational SMEs for dissemination and implementation.
