Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) in Silver Spring, MD, is seeking a Dissemination and Implementation Specialist (Warfighter Brain Health) to support TBICoE. The role coordinates with research, clinical and educational SMEs to translate research into practice across the Military Health System.

The Implementation Specialist will plan and execute strategies to disseminate and implement state-of-the-science recommendations for TBICoE products, develop strategic plans, and present

Qualifications

• Doctorate level degree with a concentration in implementation science or similar required, or a master's with approval may be accepted.
• 5+ years of implementation science related work required.
• Experience managing a national level dissemination and implementation project.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic implementation plans with metrics for clinical and educational products in the MHS.
• Assist execution of implementation plans for TBICoE products across the MHS.
• Define service levels, engagement rules, and roles for implementation success.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and status reports to ensure compliance.
• Provide implementation project management, training, and support.
• Assist in training TBICoE personnel on implementation science and processes.
• Identify opportunities to collaborate with DoW, DHA, VA and civilian partners.
• May supervise administrative staff on identified projects.
