Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Manager, Business Systems to lead the Warehousing technology capability, owning the SAP WM/EWM and inventory systems roadmap across manufacturing, distribution, and logistics. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, computer science, supply chain, or related field.
• 8+ years leading warehousing, distribution, or supply chain technology programs.
• Experience delivering multi-site technology programs and managing lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a multi-year warehousing technology roadmap aligned with Supply Chain strategies.
• Translate operational needs into process, data, and system requirements.
• Govern the lifecycle of SAP WM/EWM and related solutions.
• Lead cross-functional programs through discovery to benefits realization.
• Oversee incidents, changes, and vendor management.
