Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Product Owner to support and advance warehousing systems central to DC operations and supply chain execution.

You will own multiple applications, define requirements, coordinate delivery, align stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams across IT, Operations, and Finance to ensure successful design, build, testing, and releases, while managing UAT, defects, and backlog

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Ownership or similar roles.
• Experience supporting warehousing, distribution center, fulfillment, or supply chain technology.
• Proven ability in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong requirements documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working with third-party or vendor-managed applications.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day product execution for warehousing or distribution applications.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements for continuous delivery.
• Translate operational needs into functional specs and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with third-party vendors and internal teams for design, build, test, and release cycles.
• Coordinate UAT planning and issue resolution with DC operations and support teams.
• Collaborate with Distribution Centers, Supply Chain, IT, Inventory Control, and Finance.
• Support release readiness, deployments, and post-implementation reviews.
• Track system performance, defects, and backlog-driven improvements.
