Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Warehousing Logistics Sourcing Intelligence Manager (Houston, TX) in a hybrid role. You will own global warehousing intelligence, design competitive solutions, and develop should-cost models to optimize costs and performance.

Lead RFQ processes, analyze supplier capabilities, and translate market insights into actionable sourcing strategies. Strong analytics, Excel/Power BI skills, and experience with Coupa are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in warehousing, contract logistics, fulfilment, sourcing analytics, logistics commercial management, network design, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong experience in warehousing, distribution center operations, service parts logistics, or warehouse network optimization.
• Proven experience supporting RFQs, supplier negotiations, facility selection, and commercial evaluations.
• Strong understanding of warehousing cost structures, including labor, storage, handling, real estate, material handling equipment, racking, automation, and value-added services.
• Experience in should-cost modelling, warehouse benchmarking, and commercial analysis.
• Familiarity with service parts logistics, aftermarket supply chains, and inventory positioning strategies is highly desirable.
• Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Analytical, Digital & Tooling Skills – Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
• Experience with sourcing platforms and procurement tools such as Coupa preferred.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, optimization tools, or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience in should-cost modelling, labour benchmarking, network optimization, facility location analysis, warehouse productivity modelling, and scenario analysis.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics and data-driven decision-making approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own global warehousing and logistics sourcing intelligence for cost, capability, and operating models.
• Define competitive warehouse solutions including location, storage and handling requirements.
• Develop should-cost and scenario models covering labor, facilities, storage, handling, and equipment.
• Support RFIs, RFQs, network studies, and supplier negotiations with fact-based targets.
• Model savings, monitor pricing compliance, and identify cost leakage opportunities.
• Monitor warehousing market trends and translate insights into sourcing strategies and playbooks.
• Support warehouse network optimization through location and capacity analyses.
• Use automation and analytics to improve cost visibility and RFQ execution.
• Engage with stakeholders across Sourcing, Finance, Contracts, Operations, and Digital teams.
