Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Warehousing Logistics Sourcing Intelligence Manager in Houston, TX to own global warehousing intelligence, benchmark costs, and optimize network design. This role partners across Sourcing, Finance, Contracts, Operations and Digital teams to shape warehouse economics and sourcing opportunities.

Hybrid work arrangement: ~2 days per week in an HPE office. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in warehousing/logistics analytics, strong cost modelling skills, and

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in warehousing, contract logistics, fulfilment, or related analytics.
• Strong experience in warehouse operations and network optimization.
• Proven experience supporting RFQs and supplier negotiations.
• Understanding of warehousing cost structures including labor, storage, handling, real estate.
• Experience in should-cost modelling, benchmarking and commercial analysis.
• Familiarity with service parts logistics and inventory positioning is highly desirable.
• Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own global warehousing intelligence and benchmark critical metrics across regions.
• Develop should-cost and scenario models for labor, facilities, storage, handling, equipment, automation, systems and productivity.
• Support RFIs, RFQs, network studies, and negotiations with fact-based targets and supplier evaluations.
• Model savings and business impacts; monitor pricing compliance and identify cost leakage or reduction opportunities.
• Translate market intelligence and risk insights into sourcing strategies, playbooks, and governance plans.
