A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Warehouser at our Gastonia, NC location. You will safely load and unload, organize, and pack/unpack freight with prior warehouse experience preferred. The role offers competitive pay and benefits to support employees.

Salary starts at $19.05/hour with an increase to $21.10 after 12 months. Weekly pay via direct deposit, and a schedule of 7:30 AM, Monday-Friday. Comprehensive benefits include vacation, PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision/life, plus 401(k) with

• Load and unload trailers using carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment
• Pick, pack and stage freight for pickup
• Physically lift and move boxes
• Use scanners to read, track and monitor freight in the warehouse
• Provide customer-service oriented support and communicate effectively
• Maintain a flexible schedule including day, night shifts, weekends and holidays

Description

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Warehouser to join our team in our Gastonia, NC location. Our warehouse workers are responsible for safely loading and unloading, organizing, and packing and unpacking freight. Prior warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.

Why Pyle?

Earn $19.05 per hour. Rate will increase to $21.10 after 12 months of employment

Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit

7:30 AM; Monday through Friday

Warehouser qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, preferred

Prior experience in warehousing, freight and/or logistics preferred

Ability to frequently lift merchandise weighing in excess of 25 lbs

Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively

Warehouser responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Loading and unloading trailers using appropriate equipment - carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.

Picking, packing, and staging freight for pickup

Physically lifting and moving boxes

Utilizing scanners to read, track and monitor freight throughout the warehouse

Operating with a customer service first mentality

Maintain a flexible schedule, including but not limited to day and night shifts, weekends and or holiday work
