Job summary

SanMar-Internal is seeking an Expeditor in the United States to coordinate daily workflow in the DC Warehouse. You will monitor restock volume and orders to assign tasks to warehouse staff, estimate completion times, and communicate with leadership to maintain efficient workflows.

The role requires a high school diploma, 4–6 years warehouse experience, and the ability to read, write, count, and identify colors/SKUs. OSHA-compliant lift certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, SKUs.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity assessments.
• Ability to work with a positive attitude toward the company, customers and coworkers.
• Must maintain confidentiality and discretion.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities; work with minimal supervision.
• May require Lift Operator Certification per OSHA guidelines.
• Willing to rotate to other production functions as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor restock volume and order counts to assign tasks to warehouse staff.
• Understand processing schedules and estimate completion times.
• Communicate daily with leadership and coworkers to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Train and coach staff on production guidelines, techniques and safety.
• Interact with other business units to achieve goals.
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
• Complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Inspect equipment daily and manage checkout/return of gear.
• May operate powered lift equipment.
