Job Description:
As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. Your role is critical in ensuring products are properly stored, picked, packed, and shipped on time. You’ll work as part of a team to meet and exceed daily operational goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Receive, unload, and store incoming shipments according to company guidelines.
2. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
3. Label and organize products, ensuring accuracy and proper inventory control.
4. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery as needed.
5. Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stock rotation to prevent product expiration or obsolescence.
6. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all health and safety regulations.
7. Ensure products are handled carefully to avoid damage during movement and storage.
8. Communicate any issues or discrepancies to warehouse supervisors or managers.
9. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as necessary.
10. Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed productivity goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
