We are seeking a Warehouse Worker to perform a variety of tasks, including receiving goods, shelving, inventory management, warehouse upkeep, preparing shipments, and performing general warehouse duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the work environment at all times, and for following all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

This is a permanent, full-time position in a positive and supportive work environment. The work primarily occurs during weekday morning shifts, with occasional evening or weekend shifts, which are compensated with additional pay according to the collective labor agreement. The position is located in Medley, Florida.

Responsibilities

1. Process internal customer requests: pick up and deliver orders from the warehouse to customers and back
2. Prepare jet engines and other goods for transportation
3. Maintain the company's warehouse database
4. Monitor and report missing or lost items to management
5. Operate warehouse vehicles
6. Manage warehouse activities (retrieval, unloading, counting, labeling, storing)
7. Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work environment
8. Perform other duties as required

Requirements

1. Valid driver's license is required
2. Forklift license is an advantage
3. Basic IT skills
4. Good teamwork and organizational skills
5. Flexibility and self-direction
6. Ability to lift moderately heavy items (lifting aids are used for heavier goods)
