Job Overview

LabCorp is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for fulfilling customer orders of medical lab supplies and products.

Details

• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm
• Location: 1400 NW 12th Ave, Miami, FL

Responsibilities

1. Place orders for supplies from vendors via computer and telephone.
2. Load and unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slips.
3. Receive and process stock into inventory management system.
4. Process orders from client offices and patient service centers via phone, fax, and email.
5. Print requisition forms and barcode labels for internal and external clients.
6. Pack orders for shipment via various shipping methods such as FedEx & UPS.
7. Resolve customer concerns efficiently and promptly.
8. Maintain inventory control according to company standards.
9. Participate in scheduled cycle counts and full physical inventories.
10. Deliver supplies to local branches, clients, and patient service centers as needed.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or order picking and packing preferred.
3. Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks is a plus.
4. Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts.
5. Basic computer and data entry skills.
6. Strong verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
8. Valid driver’s license and good driving record may be required.
