Job summary

CTK USA, Inc. is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join our fulfillment team. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders in a fast-paced distribution center. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely delivery as you stay active throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include receiving inventory, cycle counts, staging shipments, and operating warehouse equipment. Training is provided for those new to warehouse work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for the duration of the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Basic reading, math, and computer/scanner skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts (including OT during peak periods).
• Prior warehouse, retail, or logistics experience is a plus but not required — we'll train you.

Responsibilities

• Pick items from shelves and bins accurately using a handheld scanner or picklist.
• Pack orders into boxes or totes, ensuring proper protection and labeling.
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Sort, label, and stage outbound shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklift certification a plus).
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets for your shift.
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or issues to a supervisor.
