Job summary

CTK USA, Inc. is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to join our fulfillment team in Canada. You will help pick, pack, and ship orders in a fast-paced distribution center, staying active and focused on accuracy. This role trains for warehouse basics while contributing to a tight-knit team environment.

The job asks you to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work schedules that may include overtime during peak periods. Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Basic reading, math, and computer/scanner skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts (including OT).
• Prior warehouse, retail, or logistics experience is a plus but not required—we'll train you.

Responsibilities

• Pick items accurately using handheld scanner or picklist.
• Pack orders into boxes or totes with proper protection and labeling.
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records.
• Sort, label, and stage outbound shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklift certification a plus).
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets for your shift.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or issues to a supervisor.
