Formación

• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

Duties

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against shipping documents, and unload freight using equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners
• Stock shelves accurately using inventory management software and ensure proper placement for easy retrieval
• Pick and pack customer orders efficiently with precision, utilizing order picker tools and RF scanners to fulfill orders promptly
• Prepare shipments by labeling packages correctly, securing loads on pallets, and coordinating with shipping carriers for timely dispatch
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels through data entry in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
• Conduct regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update stock levels to support effective inventory management
• Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stockroom layout, ensuring safety protocols are followed during load & unload operations, and assisting with trade compliance documentation for international trade regulations

Experience

• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems is advantageous
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating order quantities accurately
• Hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus; forklift certification is desirable but not mandatory
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipping & receiving records
• Excellent customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners effectively
• Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, packaging standards, and trade compliance regulations enhances your ability to succeed in this role
