Your Role with Keystone Automotive Operations

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is currently looking to hire a Warehouse Associate for our Irving, TX location!

• Employee of the Month awards (Based on performance)
• Tuition Reimbursement
• 7 Paid Company Holidays & 1 Floating Holiday
• $1,000 sign-on bonus (Paid out as $500 after 6 months & $500 after 12 months of continuous employment as a full-time employee)

Our warehouse workers perform activities including parts pulling, staging, and loading/stocking trucks.

Responsibilities Include:

• Receiving, pulling, scanning, packaging, staging, and loading products (tasks vary by assignment)
• Receiving and storing inbound products at designated locations
• Pulling correct products from appropriate locations and delivering to staging areas
• Sorting and staging products accurately in designated areas
• Stacking and wrapping products for loading into trucks
• Operating equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, pull carts, and ladders (prior experience a plus)
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in work areas
• Following company policies and procedures
• Communicating effectively with team members and management
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stand for long periods
• Able to sit, walk, push, pull, bend, and climb
• Capable of climbing ladders and stairs
• Not afraid of heights; able to work at heights up to 30 feet
• Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments with temperature variations
