What you'll be doing day to day
Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:
- Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at receipt.
- Moving products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
- Replenishing sales space following visual merchandising guidance with flexibility.
- Picking goods for customers within the specified time, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
- Following store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory counts.
- Promoting an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and inclusive of diversity among co-workers and customers.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment role.

Benefits Eligible: No
Hours: Hourly, retail environment, must be available on weekends and 2-3 weekdays
Department Hours: 5am-12pm
The pay range is $17.77 to $22.80 per hour.
