What you'll be doing day to day

Contribute to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment. Responsibilities include:

1. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy at receipt.
2. Moving products to their final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
3. Replenishing sales space following visual merchandising guidance with flexibility.
4. Picking goods for customers within the specified time, ensuring high-quality delivery in a multichannel environment.
5. Following store inventory control procedures, including proper transfer types and inventory counts.
6. Promoting an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and inclusive of diversity among co-workers and customers.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment role.
