The role requires a valid Hawaii Class C license with a clean record, a DOT medical exam, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous warehouse or delivery experience and good communication skills are a plus.

Job Overview

Warehouse Worker / Qualified Driver needed for our Honolulu, HI branch. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and distributing plumbing products; picking, packing, and preparing orders; local deliveries in a bobtail flatbed truck; collaborating with dispatch; and supporting overall warehouse and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute plumbing products accurately and maintain inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders, ensuring correct labeling and documentation.
• Operate a bobtail flatbed truck for local deliveries, following traffic laws, DOT regulations, and vehicle weight limits.
• Coordinate with dispatch to plan routes, schedule deliveries, and communicate status.
• Verify order accuracy and product quality before departure.
• Assist with warehouse activities: loading, unloading, stocking, and material handling.
• Scan items for pickups, deliveries, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, and report issues.
• Safely handle materials, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Keep clear communication with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and customers.
• Complete required paperwork, obtain signatures, and maintain delivery records.

Schedule & Hours

Monday–Friday, 7:00 am start. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Medical examiner’s certificate (DOT physical).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or delivery experience preferred; dispatch experience a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Work Environment

Physical demands include standing, walking, reaching, handling up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing or sitting, and using a hand truck. The employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, outdoor weather, occasional high or vibration events, and moderate noise.
