Position Details

Permanent – Full time - Location: Miami

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our Miami team. The role involves handling customer inquiries and ensuring timely order processing. Candidates should have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer requests for materials, sales, and exchange inquiries.
• Meet AOG deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare orders for shipment to vendors and customers.
• Coordinate deliveries with couriers for expedited service.
• Perform data entry using Quantum system.
• Maintain an organized filing system.
• Receive materials from suppliers and conduct quality control inspections.
• Handle and store aeronautical parts, including electro-sensitive devices.
• Address queries and manage rejected parts.
• Packing parts for domestic or export dispatch.
• Maintain shipping documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments for smooth operations.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Passion for learning and a proactive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Familiarity with Quantum Inventory system is beneficial.
• Forklift truck license is desirable.
• Hazardous Goods in Transit certification is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment.
