We are seeking a Warehouse Associate / Logistics Coordinator to join the Magnetic Trading team in Miami (FL), USA. Your role will involve supporting our Sales Director with daily tasks related to the sale of aircraft components and materials.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to monitor requests and purchase orders, ensuring timely completion
• Organize shipments, manage internal records, and prepare necessary paperwork
• Issue invoices and provide excellent customer service to ensure high satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines
• Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support
• Inspect, receive, and book components in our system
• Handle local pickup and delivery of orders

Main Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in warehousing, shipping, or receiving goods
• Experience in sales, logistics, or administrative roles is a plus
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills
• Proactive, goal-driven, and stress-tolerant attitude
• Ability to work with IT systems and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and a team player with dedication
• Knowledge of Quantum is advantageous
• Valid Florida driver’s license
