Activities
Responsibilities
Loading and unloading of materials from inbound and outbound trucks, containers by hand or equipment
Outbound process: Palletize, wrap, and band products for outbound shipment
Receiving process: Order picking for replenishment, customer orders and packaging components
Maintain accuracy of storage
Inventory maintenance tasks
Perform other distribution work functions as needed due to business volume and need
All other warehouse activities deemed necessary during day-to-day operations
Daily forklift inspection / Control the supplies necessary for warehouse
Organizes warehouse storage space effectively always works in a clean and orderly manner
Support purchase, planners’ team, and quality area when necessary
Assistance or execution of some other tasks that may come up during vacation or absence of another colleague (paperwork, etc)
Execution of required communications with customers, suppliers, carriers, freight forwarders or documents sending / receiving for warehousing subjects
Attach required outbound documents (Packing List, Invoice, BOL) to the shipments
Prepare related documents, print, get drivers signature and file them for inbound and outbound processes (e.g. BOL with cargo data)
Send the required documents (e.g. BOL signed by Argos and driver) and confirmations to customers (e.g. if the invoice was picked up by carrier), carriers and freight forwarders
Qualifications
